4 Months in...

After a busy February, March was ok, but still slower. However, I made up for the lack of business by reading. 22 Textbooks, manuals and cookbooks later I need a bookcase. I am learning some of the science behind the recipes and there is a lot to learn!

Here we are in the first week of April, four months in!! and this week was busy. Throw in an Ice Storm plus 30 hours without power and this week has been busy and exciting. We bought a generator 5 years ago and this week it paid us back by saving us from throwing out two fridges worth of supplies.

I've added some new photos from this week's products, added a section in the portfolio for gatherings and business orders, so we'll see where that takes me.

I have found White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing...I'm in love...again.
